Cependant, le plus important dans la sélection des matériaux pour ce projet était l'exigence de respecter la certification LEED Platinum. Pour le faire, le client a opté pour la gamme « Recyclé » de Barrisol® qui se résume à un produit contenant plus de 60% de matériel recyclé et demeurant 100% recyclable !
