MICROSORBER® by Barrisol® is an innovative sound comfort optimizer reducing sound reflexion thanks to the use of a micro perforated foil.
As soon as sound waves strike the microperforated surface, a physical reaction takes place: sound energy is converted into energy through the friction arising at the hole edges reducing reverberation times and sound levels at the same time.
The MICROSORBER® by Barrisol® system offers a range of translucent finishes. Membranes are electrostatically neutral and UV resistant. The system can be installed on the ceilling but also on glass walls or facades. Being transparent, MICROSORBER system offer an acoustiq optimization while respecting the architecture of the surroundings.

Ceiling acoustic systems
MICROSORBER® systems can be installed at the ceiling or along glass structures and canopies.
Thanks to their UV-stabilisation treatment, they are perfectly sun resistant.
Being transparent, MICROSORBER® systems offer an acoustic optimization while respecting the architecture of the surroundings.
MICROSORBER® systems are available for walls, partitions or glass structures, discreetly enhancing acoustic comfort whether in offices, entrance halls or swimming pools.
MICROSORBER® membranes are printable. They combine acoustic isolation, translucence and design.
The membranes are UV stabilised and can be installed on glass facades guaranteeing the image will not deteriorate.
Microsorber partitions allows an acoustic optimisation with no visual contact altercation, thanks to their translucency.
Partitions composition combinated to MICROSORBER® by Barrisol® membranes allow a perfect acoustic isolation and excellent sound absorption level.
Partitions are custom made to respond to architecture requirements of each place.
