This church, built in 1967, required a facelift in 2000 to maximize thermal insulation and reduce lighting costs. The architects were looking for a product that would be vapor-proof, lightweight (avoiding to overload the original framework) and of color white!
BARRISOL® stretch ceilings were the quick and easy solution! Keeping the thermal insulation was a great cost-saver! Just by adding BARRISOL® stretch ceilings, air leakage was reduced, and by using the Matte White fabric, lighting costs were cut by 40%!
To this day (2023), BARRISOL® ceilings are still in place!
